History
The hotel "AMALIA" started operating in December 1970. The founders of the company were the brothers Socrates and Agathoklis Efthymiadis, who came from Grevena.
They have been successful traders for a number of years and wanted to expand their activities in the tourism sector.
Having a shrewd spirit, they had listened to the upcoming tourist development of the city and this contributed to their decision to establish the hotel.
The hotel owes its name to the mother of the two founders, Amalia, who in this way wanted to honor her.
Today the hotel has passed into the hands of the second generation, which continues with the same zeal and dedication to set high goals.
